1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and aone1 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the aone1.org website and all services, games, and features provided therein.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

If you use the aone1 platform on behalf of another entity such as a company or organisation, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2Account Eligibility

You are solely responsible for:

4Deposits & Payments

Aone1 reserves the right to close or suspend a user account without prior notice in the following situations:

Aone1's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual cash balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.
